According to a press release from the show’s team, the topics of the series “will address some of today’s edgiest social topics in frank and honest discussions with Demi including activism, feminism, gender identity, sex, and body positivity, mental health, and even interplanetary visitors.”

“To say I’ve been through a lot is an understatement,” says Lovato in the trailer, “this show is a safe space for honesty and vulnerability, and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s joining me.”

The lineup of guests includes big names such as Olivia Munn, Lucy Hale, Nikita Dragun, Dr. Steven Greeg, YG, Jameela Jamil, Elyse Resch, Matthew & Sirah, and Jay Shetty.

Additionally, Lovato has received some social media love after coming out as non-binary, wishing the public only to use they/them pronouns when referring to them.

They announced the official change to their pronouns on Twitter back in May after confirming their pansexual identity in their documentary a month before.

The singer recently made a post regarding being misgendered and understood that the shift may not come easy for those misinformed about the nonbinary identity.

“As long as you keep trying to respect my truth, and as long as I remember my truth, the shift will come naturally,” wrote the artist.

The Demi Lovato Show will drop on July 30. All episodes will be available for free on the Roku Channel via the website or mobile app as well as on any Roku device.
