Amazon Prime Video’s new show, Invincible, is not your average superhero show. This must-see show centers around seventeen-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun.) From having his awkward moments to making teenage mistakes, viewers will love how relatable Mark is. Shortly into the series, Mark finds out he has superpowers like his father, the world’s strongest superhero and the protector of Earth, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons).

Invincible is not your typical superhero show, one being the twists and turns the viewers will experience. In the first episode, we watch the ‘perfect’ Omni-Man murder The Guardians of the Globe, a group of superheroes who protect Earth. We watch Omni-Man attempt to keep him being the murderer a secret from his wife, Debbie (Susan Oh), Mark, and the agency he works for. Mark joins the replacements for the Guardians of the Globe and fights by their side.

We watch Mark try to juggle his training, school, and his social life while learning more about his powers and who he is. Viewers will connect with Mark, watching him fall in love, face failure and disappointment, having to endure heartbreak, and much more throughout the show. We watch him go through the motions of being a teenager while trying to fight crime and save people. Mark stands out amongst normal superheroes, his age and maturity to name a few.

This show will leave you hanging off your seat, wanting to know what happens next. It’s an intriguing show, people will fall in love with its plot and characters. All episodes of Invincible are available on Amazon Prime.
