BTS Gives Hit Single ‘Dynamite’ a Festive Twist Full of Holiday Spirit

BTS release a holiday remix to their 2020 hit single “Dynamite,” which will bring holiday joy to all.

The South Korean group made history during 2020 with albums Map of the Soul: 7 and BE at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in the same year. However, their single “Dynamite,” from album BE, broke records as it graced the Billboard Hot 100 chart for multiple weeks. Their single “Life Goes On,” later held the spot, making it the first track to reach No. 1 with mostly Korean lyrics.

The septet’s single “Dynamite” reached many audiences worldwide, not for its all-English lyrics but for its 70s groove, spreading positivity throughout the pandemic. Now, the track has a holiday remix bringing cheer to the festivities. BTS’s Big Hit Entertainment Twitter account shared the remix and a special video to accompany the single.

The remix feels like a timeless holiday track as classic caroling percussion and motifs fill the song’s ambiance. Likewise, the video showcases the group in a lively place, surrounded by gifts, a gorgeous Christmas tree, and other holiday decors. Throughout the video, the audience can observe the septet permeate holiday cheer as they sing along to their hit. Although member Suga sustains his absence due to surgical recovery, RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V (Kim Taehyung), and Jungkook infused our screens with extra jolly and cheerful charisma.

Be sure to give the new “Dynamite” holiday remix a listen and add it to your 2020 holiday playlist. Also, follow BTS on Twitter for more upcoming news and music.
