One of the most popular meditation apps is coming out with a Netflix original series in the new year.
During 2020, many people across the world have been experiencing heightened feelings of anxiety and depression due to the changes and events happening around them. Meditation apps have had a surge in usage this year, including Headspace who has offered sessions designed specifically for common experiences and feelings within this challenging year. Now, you will have the opportunity to learn more about meditating in the Netflix original series Headspace Guide to Meditation.

The series will be guided by Headspace founder Andy Puddicombe as he teaches us about meditation and how it can become an important part of our lives. Meditation can aid us in several different situations and during overwhelming feelings.
In each episode of the new series, Puddicombe will show us some helpful techniques for us to try during specific scenarios or when practicing meditation. He aims to show others how to become more present and experience joy within our day to day lives.
