The new TV show, based on the 2015 book of the same name by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton, is what Netflix describes you would get if you “mixed Pretty Little Liars with Center Stage.” The series was created by Canadian playwright Michael MacLennan, who is also known for creating Queer as Folk and Bomb Girls.

The upcoming drama is set to star Lauren Holly, Kylie Jefferson, Casimere Jollette, Daniela Norman, Brennan Clost, and more. The first season will contain ten episodes and was shot throughout 2019.

The plot of the show follows three young girls who are all vying to become the prima ballerina at their competitive New York City ballet school. Drama ensues as Bette, June, and Gigi all fight to become the top dancer and achieve their artistic dreams.

Author Dhonielle Clayton shared her excitement about the new trailer for the television adaptation of Tiny Pretty Things on Twitter. Fans answered by offering their congratulations to the author.

Fans have also voiced their excitement about the upcoming series on social media. Many have reacted to the trailer positively, claiming that the series will be a hit.

We cannot wait to fall in love with the world of Tiny Pretty Things on Netflix this December.
