The Biden-Harris team has updated its transition website, demonstrating four policy areas the new administration will prioritize: COVID-19, Economic Recovery, Racial Equity, and Climate Change.

The site provides a biography section of the President-Elect and Vice-President-Elect, where they showcase the paths that lead them to their success.

The Biden-Harris administration provides information about the transition expressing how it will promote unity and inclusivity. The shift “will prioritize the following core values: diversity of ideology and background; talent to address society’s most complex challenges; integrity and the highest ethical standards to serve the American people and not special interests; and transparency to garner trust at every stage.”

The transition has also launched its social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. On November 8, the transition’s Twitter account posted a video narrated by Biden in which he states, “We’ll act to restore our faith in democracy and our faith in one another.”

On Sunday, Kate Bedingfield, a manager on the Biden campaign, spoke on NBC’s Meet The Press and stated, “President-elect Biden aiming to show action on a key campaign promise, winning the fight against Covid. We are told he is going to officially launch his transition tomorrow and also announce a task force that will be led by three co-chairs including former surgeon general, Vivek Murthy.”

The updated website gives Americans a sense of clarity and unity needed for the upcoming year. Be sure to visit the Biden Transition website for more information. Also, follow them on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for more updates while the transition progresses.
