Season 16 of The Bachelorette premiered last night on Tuesday, October 14, and fans could not be more excited. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the start of season 16. Due to Covid-19, the season that was supposed to premiere back in May finally made it to homes across America on October 14. There are some rumored surprises for this season, the most popular being that Clare Crawley, the official bachelorette, does not end up finishing the season of The Bachelorette. Instead, Bachelor in Paradise contestant, Tayshia Adams, steps in to take Crawley’s place. In the season’s teaser, however, Adams is nowhere to be found. Though the film does show a steamy scene of the male contestants stripping for Crawley as she is sitting next to the show’s host, Chris Harrison.

This season’s bachelorette, Clare Crawley, finally started the search for the man of her dreams. Though fans have some mixed feelings about some of the male contestants, one contestant really caught Crawley’s eye. After meeting with Dale Moss, Crawley exclaims, “I definitely feel like I just met my husband” explaining that the encounter was love at first sight.

There were some other interesting first encounters. One contestant created Clare out of things he found in his hotel room, Jason who steps out of the Limo with a faux pregnant belly, and Kenny who wore a T-shirt with Clare’s two dogs painted on it.

All contestants participating in this season of The Bachelorette have been tested for Covid-19 and received negative test results, in an attempt to try and remain in a Covid free environment to ensure the health and safety of all staff and contestants.

Don’t miss the next episode of The Bachelorette, airing October 20 on ABC, to see Clare Crawley’s journey for love.
