Get Ready for Lenny Kravitz’ Memoir ‘Let Love Rule’ Coming This Fall

CBS/Sonja Flemming

Lenny Kravitz along with co-author David Ritz have written a memoir on the first 25 years on Kravitz’s life and it will be available October 6.

The multi-hyphenate celebrity Kravitz discusses his struggles in school, tension at home, and finding salvation in music. Let Love Rule will also include his experiences in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant, Los Angeles’ Baldwin Hills, Beverly Hills, as well as his international experiences in France, England, and Germany.

Kravitz posted on Instagram that his book will explain his early life that has culminated “into the release of [his] first album.” He continues, “Those years shaped me and taught me so much about myself and also formed the message of love and unity that I still believe in to this day. It’s a message I stand for and live by forever.”

Kravitz will also be narrating the audiobook version himself. He announced the arrival of his memoir on Instagram. See the post below.

His journey of finding his passion and a path in life could not have been paved without love. It was the force that helped him continue to find his way in the world. He even wrote in his book how he turned down multiple record deals until he found the one that suited him best.
