American actress Amanda Bynes opened up to fans via Instagram about her ongoing struggle with mental health, specifically social anxiety. To improve her mental health, Amanda recently paused her pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in design and merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising to enter a treatment facility and focus on her mental wellbeing. Now, two months later, Amanda has returned to college (online) and has resumed her fashion pursuits.

Amanda is fired up, absolutely ‘clothes-minded’. She is optimistic about the future and determined to preserve her sobriety and mental wellbeing. She is receiving regularly scheduled therapy to strengthen her coping skills and is currently residing in a transitional living home.
