Alicia Keys, a 15-time Grammy winner, hosted the awards show this year. There were performances by Ariana Grande, Jonas Brothers, and many more. Usher and Sheila E. performed a tribute to Prince.

Out of all the nominees, Lizzo had the most nominations with 8. Lil Nas X and Billie Eilish were close behind her with 6 nominations each. Each of these artists was up for Best New Artist.
