Latifah’s performance on ABC was spectacular and her solo for “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” blew the audience away. Latifah’s costume even wowed many television viewers in the live musical version. On Twitter, one viewer noticed Latifah’s high-quality dress, compared to the other character’s costumes.

However, despite some viewers’ love of The Little Mermaid’s costumes, viewers enjoyed Latifah’s performance and also John Stamos’s performance as Chef Louis.  Stamos previously played Chef Louis from the live concert event at the Hollywood Bowl.
