Selena Gomez Posts Cryptic New Music Message

Selena Gomez gives fans and pop music lovers a message that she’s coming back to release new music.

Selena Gomez has had a busy year since the release of her executive produce shows on Netflix, Living Undocumented, and 13 Reasons Why debuted this year. Gomez has also collaborated this year with J Balvin, Tainy, and Benny Blanco for their hit song “I Can’t Get Enough.” The single performed commercially successful receiving a Gold Certificate from RIAA and going Platinum in Canada. With the success of her shows and collaborations, Gomez has surprised the internet by announcing new music for a new project on Instagram.

Gomez recently has been dropping hidden messages on her Instagram through her Instagram captions. Her first cryptic message included an old picture of Gomez, with the caption “We always go into it blindly.”  She posted the next cryptic message on Instagram which included a more recent picture of Gomez, under a black veil.

Although Gomez’s cryptic messages come as a surprise to the internet, Gomez announced that she finished the new album on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in June. Gomez’s recent post also revealed the new single or project will be released on Amazon Music and Spotify. In New York, Amazon included Selena Gomez on the billboard with the title, “Alexa, Follow Selena Gomez” , to promote Gomez’s return back to music.
