Travis Scott’s ‘Sicko Mode’ Goes No. 1


The ‘Butterfly Effect’ rapper scores his first number 1 song on the Billboard 100.

Travis Scott earns his first no. 1 song, “Sicko mode,” from his critically acclaimed album, Astroworld.

Travis has had had a pretty eventful year and he lands 2018 with a bang.

“Sicko Mode” featured Drake and Swae Lee, and this no. 1 achievement dethroned Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next.”

Travis was at a lost for words when he reacted to the announcement on his Instagram.
“I’m truly at a lost for words. And honestly, owe it all to the fans. This journey been very deep and took a lot. Thank you, God. My Family. Whole Cactus Gang.”

Travis also thanked Drake and the Ovo crew “for rocking with the vision since day one.”

The “In My Feelings” rapper congratulated Travis for the achievement on his Instagram.

“Congratulations to my brother, Travis Scott, on a Billboard number one! What an amazing way to end the year,” Drake wrote on an Instagram post that has an image on the Billboard charts.
