How to Hate Waking up Early a Little Less
There are two kinds of people in this world, those who wake up early and those who don’t.
If waking up early is a struggle, but it is something that you want to do because you feel like you could accomplish more if you did, there are some things you can do to help you become more of a morning person.
1- Sleep schedule – It sounds weird, but making a mandatory bedtime for yourself will have your body in a routine and you will start to fall asleep and wake up at the same time every day.
2- Drink water – If you drink a glass of water before bed it will help you not feel so groggy in the morning.
3- Stretch – This helps you get your blood flowing, but still keeps you relaxed, because if you are not a morning person jogging 5 miles first thing is not something you want to do.
4- Don’t hit snooze – It may seem appealing, but it can make the actual time you need to get up even harder than before you pressed snooze for the third time.
These simple tricks will help you get a better night’s sleep so you can wake up earlier and still feel well rested and ready to take on the day.
