BTS has announced their second Bang Bang Con live event, which is set to air virtually starting April 17 on YouTube. The live event will feature archived concert footage and fanmeet videos, sharing content starting from 2015. The event will take place over two days: April 18-19 streaming from 3 pm KST on BangtanTV’s YouTube channel.

RM, Jung kook, Jimin, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, and V shared the news with fans via their social media. The group shared the photo announcing Bang Bang Con on Instagram through a split-photo feature, creating a new theme amongst their account and exciting fans with the news. The photos are each captioned simply: “#BANGBANGCON21 coming soon!” The entire promotion photo was also shared on their official Twitter account.

Bang Bang Con originated last April after the band’s tour was canceled, in response to COVID-19’s effect on the music industry. This year, the lineup includes the 2015 BTS Live Trilogy: Episode I, which is old concert footage, as well as a global fanmeet, BTS 5th Muster Magic Shop which took place in 2019. Lastly, the event will show footage from BTS World Tour Love Yourself: Speak Yourself, held in Brazil in 2019. Fans will be able to stream the at-home concert experience for free on BangtanTV.
