Naomi Campbell Attends the Seed Project Hoop Forum

Naomi Campbell, superstar philanthropist, just made an appearance at the Seed Project 2019 Hoop Forum All-Star Game at the Museum of Black Civilizations in Dakar. The Seed Project is an organization dedicated to promoting opportunities for African American students across Senegal, Gambia, and the United States. They focus on education, leadership, and high-performance sports training.

On meeting with the SEED girls basketball team, Naomi said, “Our young [A]frican girls and future women need role models and mentors to guide them and teach them how to use their talent and voices to promote the continent positively. I am glad to be able to use my voice and to support @seedproject and the work they are doing with our young African girls.”

The SEED Project is helping tackle the very low enrollment rates of young African students in primary school making it to University. The organization is doing some amazing things. You can learn more about the SEED Project here.
