Instagram

Youth to the People is a skincare brand that creates plant-based skincare for its consumers. The founders Greg Gonzalez and Joe Cloyes are cousins who grew up watching their grandmom create her own natural skincare products. This skincare brand is 100 percent vegan and cruelty-free. Youth to the People believes that skin care is for everyone no matter your gender, skin type or who you love.

This Pride month the brand is donating all profits up to $50,000 of their Limited Pride Edition Superfood Cleanser to GLSEN.  GLSEN is working towards safer and more inclusive K-12 schools for the LGBTQ youth. The face cleanser consists of kale and green tea spinach vitamins that can be used both morning and night to wash the impurities away. This package also includes an exclusive pride sticker packet to decorate your bottle. The Limited Pride Edition Superfood Cleanser is available online and at Sephora for $36.

Youth to the People posted what the donations will support on their Instagram. The donations help support extensive research of the LGBTQ youth in schools, educator training for creating a safe classroom and supporting the LGBTQ youth, advocacy to protect, support and affirm LGBTQ youth and more.

The LGBTQ community has come a long way but there is still a long way to go for the community. Every student should feel safe to go to school no matter their gender or sexual orientation.
