Former President Barack Obama Set to Produce Exclusive Podcast
The former POTUS is the newest member to jump into the podcast game.
Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama have signed a multiyear deal with Spotify to produce a stream of podcasts only found on Spotify. The former first couple is set to develop, produce and also lend their voices to the podcast. The agreement is with Higher Ground production company that the Obamas’ housed last year to help break into the podcast world. It is planned that Spotify will distribute the Obamas’ podcast worldwide.
The podcast will consist of various topics and will surely encompass diversity, too. Spotify is not the only streaming platform the Obamas have deals with. They are also in an agreement with Netflix to produce a documentary series that premiered earlier this year. This famous family is proving that they can do more than just run the country.
