In his new music video, 21 Savage moves on from a breakup while watching his ex spiral without him.
“Ball w/o You” is a great breakup anthem on how you have to find yourself and be independent after leaving a relationship. That is the exact story the music video tells as well. It centers on the rapper contemplating his past relationship alone, while his ex spirals out of control ultimately getting kicked out of a club. It is a very interesting take on the dichotomy of breakups.
The song itself is very smooth. The beat is nice and overall it’s fun to listen to. It’s the kind of music you can put on in the background while you work or on an evening in with your friends.
“Ball w/o You” is off of 21 Savage’s newest LP I Am > I Was. The album is full of fantastic songs with some really strong guest appearances. Make sure you go and give it a listen. You won’t be disappointed.
