Ben Folds is Going on Tour with Cake
The two diverse musical artists will be joining forces for an eleven-day tour in September. This will be the second time Cake and Ben Folds have teamed up for a tour. Last year they took on the east side and both entities had so much fun they decided to do it again. “Cake are masters, and they happen to be my friends,” Folds said. “So, yes, let’s do this!”
Cake has their 7th studio album, Age of Aquarius, on the horizon and Folds is getting ready to release A Dream About Lightning Bugs – A Life Of Music And Cheap Lessons, his memoir. With so much coming for both, now is a great time for them to be working together. Here are the dates and locations for the upcoming tour:

September 14 – Irvine, CA @ FivePoint Amphitheatre
September 15 – Los Angeles, CA @ Greek Theatre
September 18 – Austin, TX @ Austin360 Amphitheater
September 19 – Grand Prairie, TX @ The Theatre at Grand Prairie
