The ‘One Man Can Change The World’ rapper decided to bare his heart with fans on 31st birthday.

Today (March 25), on a three-part video via Instagram, Big Sean opened up about his mental health struggles. Last year, the “Bounce Back” rapper opened up to Billboard about his struggle with depression and anxiety that caused him to end his 2018 tour. Big Sean opens the video by reflecting on his birthday last year and feeling that there was something  off with his energy.

“I started doing things I never thought I would do. Whatever I thought was fun. In the midst of that, I definitely rediscovered myself and found a whole new energy me being the source of it, not somebody else. Then I got back to the music and it started being fun again.something offer the best music of my life.”
