The ‘Sweetener’ Tour Has Officially Begun
The first date of the “Sweetener (and thank u, next)” Tour was a success!
After rehearsing and perfecting her set, Ariana Grande finally kicked off the tour on Monday, March 18 in Albany, New York. She was joined by the rising star (who’re we kidding, she’s already a star) Normani Kordei and the group Social House.
The setlist for the first date was full of everyone favorites including several of Ariana’s oldies but goodies like “You’ll Never Know” and “Dangerous Woman”, and of course song from chart-topping Sweetener and thank u, next. She really gave it her all as she performed in custom Versace pieces, giving her fans everything they’ve ever wanted.. the ponytail, the thigh high boots, THE SLAY.
Normani gave an amazing performance as well! She performed all of her hits from “Love Lies” and “Waves”, and of course, she killed it with the choreography as to be expected
Ariana and Normani were the perfect matches for a tour But wait…theres more! Ariana will be joined by Ella Mai for the European leg of the tour. I mean this is girl power at its finest
