Buffalo Exchange Celebrates 45 Years with Anniversary Pop up Shop

Buffalo Exchange

Resale Fashion Pioneer, Buffalo Exchange, celebrates 45 years of business with a handpicked selection of vintage and one-of-a-kind finds.

Buffalo Exchange buys, sells, and trades clothing and accessories, paying out 30% in cash or 50% in trade on the spot. 45 years ago the store started out as a 400 square foot store in Tuscon, AZ. Founder, Kerstin Block, who started the store because of her love of thrifting, says that she never imagined the company would come this far. “What I’m most proud of is how much we’ve been able to empower people – especially women,” she says. “That and the clothes. It’s always been about the clothes.” Today, that love for fashion has spread to 48 stores in 19 states – and growing all the time.”

“My parents started this company when I was 9 years old,” says Vice President Rebecca Block. “It’s incredible to think that we’ve come this far.” She describes shopping at Buffalo Exchange as a treasure hunt, noting that she’s excited to share that thrill of the hunt with customers at their 45th Anniversary Pop-Up Shop.
