Nick Jonas Reveals He Broke Up The Jonas Brothers During Carpool Karaoke

The finale of the weeklong Jonas Brothers takeover on The Late Late Show did not disappoint. It ended with the much anticipated Carpool Karaoke with James Corden and the TV debut of the first Jonas Brothers single since reuniting, ‘Sucker’.  One of the biggest shockers during the show was Nick admitting that he was the one who broke up the Jonas Brothers band back in 2013.

“I broke the band up,” Nick confesses on The Late Late Show, “but I got them back together as well.” James Corden even hooks them up to a lie detector to see how truthful the boys really are. Joe reveals that Kevin is the brother who gets on his nerves the most and Nick admits that his multiple weddings to new wife Priyanka Chopra became exhausting at times.  Nick also claims he doesn’t think he’s a better singer than his brothers, but according to the lie detector, that was a lie. The lie detector determines Joe was lying too when asked if either of his brothers’ wives get on his nerves. Along with the Jonas confessions, fans were treated to an impromptu performance of Jonas Brothers classics like ‘Lovebug’ and ‘Burnin’ Up’ during the car ride.
