Pharrell Announces Line Up For His Virginia Music Festival

There is definitely “Something In The Water”.

Music lovers all over the country have been waiting for this announcement for quite some time.

Super producer and overall musical genius, Pharrell Williams has spoken about his idea of creating a music festival in his hometown of Virginia Beach, Virginia for years. In October 2018, that idea became a reality when he confirmed the news that he would be bringing that three-day festival to life. Virginia residents have been over the moon, as this would be the first music festival of this caliber to hit the area.

On Sunday, March 3rd, Pharrell released a promo clip revealing the line-up for the highly anticipated festival called “Something In The Water”.

Headliners and participants include Travis Scott, SZA,  Lil Uzi Vert, and fellow Virginian and legend, Missy Elliott.

The official dates for “Something In The Water” are April 26th, 27th and 28th which takes place during the city’s annual College Beach Weekend.


Pharell’s hopes for the festival is for it to become an annual event boosting tourism in the area and ultimately bringing the people of Virginia together in the name of music and art.
