Ari Lennox is Serving Shea Butter Realness In Her Newest Music Video
The Dreamville songstress just dropped a new video and I’m telling you it’s such a vibe.
Ari Lennox released the music video for her song “Shea Butter Baby” featuring J.Cole.
The song was featured on the soundtrack for Creed II, Creed II: The Album.
The music video for “Shea Butter Baby” is really a look. It was directed by Bennett Johnson and the entire video looks as if it was shot with a Sienna filter. Every scene is covered in tones of brown and orange.
When watching you’ll get a bit of a 70’s feel from the decor but there are modern technology features throughout.
The music video features a Ari and her significant other in what appears to be a communication conflict. They imagine exactly what they want from one another and do what they need to in order to make it happen. Similar to the relationship between Adonis and Bianca within the movie.
