Lauv and Troye Sivan’s Music Video For ‘I’m So Tired…’ Is Finally Out – Take a Look
The music video is finally out and it is completely relatable.
Lauv and Troye Sivan dropped “I’m so tired…” earlier this year and they finally released the music video, on Valentine’s Day no less. It perfectly embodies the way it feels to be single and heartbroken on Valentine’s Day. The video appears to have the 50s or 60s vibe, with a diner set and an old car.
In the video, Troye and Lauv appear to be ghosts amidst two super in-love couples. We could feel their heartbreak and their annoyance with all the love through the screen. We can definitely relate to feeling invisible, lonely, or annoyed when there are so many couples surrounding you, especially on Valentine’s Day. It can feel overwhelming and sometimes cause anger, as we see towards the end of the video. The lyrics completely embody the feeling as well particularly through the chorus: “I’m so tired of love songs… tired of love…just wanna go home”.
The video was shot so beautifully and is a perfect juxtaposition to the lovey-dovey holiday. Watch the full video below.
