Artist Billie Eilish has released her new music video “bury a friend” after releasing mysterious clop that sent fans into a frenzy.
With her upcoming debut album WHEN WE FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? on its way, Eilish has released the album first track, “bury a friend.” The song carries a beat that matched her extinguish voice as she switches between spoken word and singing. The song also takes a look at Eilish creativity as the monster under the bed is a reflection of fearful mindsets everyone has.

Another key imagery to observe is the background setting. Beyond the captivatingly creepy video of Eilish stuck in an asylum, she sets up the music video with featured actor Crooks waking up from a nightmare, as he breaks apart the verses with his commentary. The first being, “come here,” where Eilish becomes active in paranormal setting while the second, “listen,” where the lyrics become more personal as she describes her own fearful thoughts.
