Adele Shares Throwback Pic Following Spice Girls Tour Announcement

The “Chasing Pavements” singer reacted to the Spice Girls’ reunion in the most epic way.

This is not a drill. Today, the 90s girl group sensation, Spice Girls’ announced an official reunion tour. The tour will sadly not feature Posh Spice also known as Victoria Beckham, however, Scary (Melanie Brown), Baby (Emma Bunton), Sporty (Melanie Chisholm) and Ginger (Geri Halliwell) will be of attendance.

Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012! I won’t be joining my girls on stage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year. The six-date tour is set to take place in the UK, during the summer.

The tour will kick off in Manchester on June 1 and the last leg will be in London towards the end of June. The Spice Girls Official Twitter posted a teaser calling it ‘girl power’ and ‘friendship never ends.’

Adele was quick to react to the announcement on her Instagram by posting a throwback picture of a young self, fangirling over the Spice Girls.

The young Adele is seen sitting in front of a wall with lots of Spice Girls’ posters behind her.

“HA! This is how I feel right now! I AM READY,” the “Skyfall” singer captioned the photo.
