Netflix has renewed their popular coming of age story, Atypical, for a third season.

Atypical is about an 18-year-old boy on the autistic spectrum named Sam. The show is funny, emotional, heartfelt, and has earned critical acclaim. The series was written, produced, and created by Robia Rashid.

Season 2 launched in September 2018 and picked up on Elsa and Chris in the aftermath of their marriage crisis. Casey tried to adjust to her new school, while Sam prepared for his life after his high school graduation. The third season was renewed on October 24th and will feature 10 half-hour episodes.

While the cast of the new season hasn’t been confirmed, we hope that all the original cast will return for the new season. The series stars Keir Gilchrist, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Michael Rapaport, Brigette Lundy-Paine, Amy Okuda, Raul Castillo, Nik Dodani, Graham Rogers, Fivel Stewart, Jenna Boyd,  and Casey Wilson.

You can catch up on Atypical on Netflix.
