The 20-year old singer releases a reimagined rendition of the Queen classic.

Shawn Mendes recently released a cover of the Queen song “Under Pressure.” The project is a collaboration with the Universal Music record label, which is releasing Queen covers from various artists in preparation for the upcoming biopic film Bohemian Rhapsody.

The cover features Mendes on vocals and guitar alongside the smooth voice of Teddy Geiger.

Proceeds from the song will support The Mercury Phoenix Trust, an organization fighting against HIV and AIDS. The charity was set up by Queen members Brian May, Roger Taylor, and manager Jim Beach in honor of frontman Freddie Mercury, who passed away in 1991 from complications associated with HIV/AIDS.
