Tia Mowry to Star in Netflix Series ‘Family Reunion’
The Game actress is making her way back to our TV screens.
Tia Mowry is returning back to TV on a Netflix comedy series called Family Reunion along with Grey’s Anatomy actress, Loretta Devine.
Family Reunion is created Meg DeLoatch, who has also worked on Netflix’s Fuller House and Eve.
The former Sister, Sister actress posted the announcement on her Instagram.
We are very intrigued by the comedy series’ plot and to top it off, the show has all Black writers.
Family Reunion will tell the story of Cocoa McKellan (Tia Mowry) who is free-spirited and lives in Chicago. Cocoa’s husband, Moz (Anthony Alabi), is a former football player. The two have four kids and they are headed to a family reunion from Seattle to Georgia. The reunion is something that they never knew they needed.
Loretta Devine plays a loving but strict head of household.
There is no announcement for a release date, but we cannot wait for Tia’s return with this family-friendly comedy series.
