Celine Dion is leaving Las Vegas, and we’re not sure if our hearts will go on.

The Canadian singer announced on Facebook that her eight-year residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace will be coming to an end next June.  Dion expressed that she has “mixed emotions” about her departure from the Colosseum, as she has performed over 1,000 shows there throughout the past two decades.

Celine’s current residency at Caesars Palace began back in 2011.  Dion has always praised her fans for providing her love and energy during her live performances. The pop sensation reflected fondly on her two-decade run and promised fans to deliver ’til the very end, saying quote “It’s been an amazing experience and I’m so grateful to all the fans who have come to see us throughout the years. Every show we do at the Colosseum throughout this fall, and right up until the final one, will feel very special.”

2019 tour dates have been announced and pre-sale tickets for Celine’s final run will be available exclusively for members of her fan club.  While we’re sure this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing from Celine, it’s au revoir for now to Las Vegas.
