The Cast of ‘Modern Family’ Makes an Appearance on ‘The Ellen Show’

The cast of Modern Family visited The Ellen Show in light of the Season 10 premiere.
Modern Family favorites Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell, and Eric Stonestreet sat down to talk to Ellen on September 25th. The cast seemed in good spirits, poking fun at each other like childhood friends.
Ellen loves pranks and decides to prank the entire cast in the video below, having them pose in a photo then giving them a terrifying surprise.
In the video below, Sofia Vergara jokingly chastises Ellen for giving water in the coffee mugs instead of coffee, and when Ellen defends the choice to give water, she protests, saying “Then give us a glass of water, but not a cup of water.” The cast also shares the moment they first met each other with Ed O’Neill explaining how his initial fears about the show quickly turned into excitement.
The cast also took a trip down memory lane with a ‘Best of the Modern Family cast on The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ showing clips ranging from Ellen’s famous scares and the game 5 Second Rule to Ellen’s Sofia Vergara impression and Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s face full of powder.
The newest season of Modern Family premieres Sept.26th of 2018 on ABC.
