Rihanna Appointed Ambassador of Barbados
According to reports, Rihanna has been appointed as Ambassador to Barbados.
Rihanna has been appointed as “Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary” to her home of Barbados, CNN and the Barbados Government Information office reported earlier today [September 21st].

According to a statement from the Barbados Government Information Office, her responsibilities “include promoting tourism, education, and investment of her home country.” Rihanna is reportedly very happy to have the opportunity to take on a “prestigious title.” The star will work closely with Prime Minister Mottley to help transform and continue to give back to her country.
The singer has been very busy the past several months. Not only did she premiere her new SavagexFenty line at NYFW, but she also is fresh off her 4th Annual Diamond Ball. Not to mention she is also the head of her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line and has been working on new music. This girl is rocking it, and we couldn’t be more proud.
