The highly anticipated eight-episode series CAMPING, starring Jennifer Garner and David Tennant is officially set to air this October.

The sultry comedy series will follow the awkward, emotional, and at times sexually tense energy between a group of friends who head to a seemingly underwhelming campsite for a birthday celebration. What was supposed to be a relaxing nature retreat, turns into a test of relationships between friends and lovers alike.

The all-star cast includes Emmy nominee and Golden Globe Winner Jennifer Garner, Doctor Who’s David Tennant, Oscar nominee Juliette Lewis, Stranger Thing’s Brett Gelman, and many more star-studded guest appearances.   Garner and Tennant will be starring as Kathryn McSorley- Jodell and Walt, an LA couple that seems to have it all together but begins to fall apart during the heated birthday excursion.

The show is written and produced by HBO alumn Lena Dunham, creator, and star of the hit series Girls, with the help of Girls executive producer Jenni Konner, and John Riggi.  We’re hoping to see some of the same witty sexual energy from Girls carried over into Dunham’s new series.  Grab a bottle of wine and get your snacks ready because CAMPING is set to air October 14th on HBO at 10:00 ET/PT.
