The musical genius has released a mini-documentary called “A Revolution of Love.”

The “I Like That” singer will debut a mini-documentary on YouTube spotlight. Janelle Monáe announced the news on her Instagram.

“Incredibly proud and excited to share this with the world. Thank you to my mama, @natewonderful @chucklightning, @stbeautyband, @tessamaethompson, @iamcharlesdking, fandroids, Dirty Computers, & all who gave their time and spoke words that made me,” Janelle wrote.

“I am forever thankful. Love is a force that cannot be contained. Directed by: @emma.westenberg Watch Janelle Monáe: A Revolution of Love, now on @youtubemusic. Link in bio,” she concluded.

The mini-documentary is directed by Emma Westernberg, who previously worked with the “Dirty Computer” singer for her video “Pyknk.” The “Pyknk” was very unique as it was Janelle way of coming out as Queer. In the video, the singer was wearing very memorable pink vagina pants, which symbolized women empowerment.

In the trailer, Janelle defines loves as being there for other people and showing up. The singer goes on to say that love has the power to change the world and have so much fun in the process.

We couldn’t agree more. It is really nice to see other artists embracing their art and just living a little.
