Carrie Underwood To Receive Star On The Hollywood Walk of Fame
Multi-Grammy winning country artist Carrie Underwood will be awarded her own star in the ‘Recording’ category on The Hollywood Walk of Fame later this September.
Underwood’s star will be the two thousand six hundred and forty-sixth star to be placed onto the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The award ceremony will take place at 1750 N. Vine Street in front of Capitol Records on September 20th, 2018 at 11:30 AM Pacific Daylight Time.

Leron Gubler, the President and the CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, will be the emcee of the event. Both Simon Cowell and Brad Paisley will also appear at the ceremony as guest speakers. Cowell was previously a judge on American Idol when Underwood competed and won the reality singing competition in season four. Paisley had co-hosted the Country Music Association Awards with Underwood since 2008. They had also collaborated together in duets for a few songs including “Oh Love” and “Remind Me.”

Underwood’s latest studio album Cry Pretty will be released on September 14th, 2018.
