Little Mix Teases New Album
Following a brief summer hiatus, UK girl group Little Mix is back in action, preparing for the release of their fifth studio album.
The group took to social media on September 6th to announce that a new album is in the works, posting a teaser video on Twitter and Instagram. The video shows behind-the-scenes shots of the girls recording in a studio, along with a vocal sample from a brand new track.

This album news follows Little Mix’s first public appearance as a group since July, an intimate performance that took place last week in London. The event was a celebration of their collaborative campaign with the Simple Skincare brand. At the performance, group members Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock sang five songs, including their original breakout single “Wings” and their most recent hit “Shoutout to My Ex”.
Although the summer hiatus caused rumors that Little Mix may split, this album announcement proves that isn’t the case. Lucky for Mixers, it appears fans can look forward to new music from the group very soon.
