Myles Truitt Stars in ‘Kin’ Movie
16-year old actor Myles Truitt has quickly become a topic of discussion in the television world.
From his appearance on a flashback episode of FX’s Atlanta to his current co-starring roles on OWN’s Queen Sugar and the CW’s Black Lightning, this young star’s career shows no signs of slowing down.
Truitt’s most recent project is the science fiction action film Kin, produced by Lionsgate, which hit theaters on August 31st. The project is based on a 2014 short film entitled Bag Man.

In the movie, Truitt portrays Eli Solinski, an adopted teenager that reunites with his stepbrother who has recently been released from prison. Upon finding a high-tech weapon, Eli is quickly transported into a dangerous world of crime. He is forced into a battle against an army of soldiers who want their weapon back, all while trying to protect his stepbrother against the consequences of his questionable past.
In addition to Myles Truitt, the film stars many other notable names, including Jack Reynor, Zoë Kravitz, Dennis Quaid, and James Franco.
