Recently, SZA posted on her Instagram her new bold green hair color, and we are loving it. SZA also celebrated the good news on her Instagram, by thanking the fans for their support.

The Love Galore singer wrote, “today I found out we 2.3 billion streams deep and a bunch a other cool stuff. I love my family. I love you all for pressing play at any time. Thank you for this journey…Thank you, God for this existence. Amen.”

Ctrl dropped on June 9, 2017, has had a lot of success along the way. It debuted at number 3 on the Billboard charts and is certified platinum. SZA was also nominated for 5 Grammys for Ctrl, including Best New Artist. Unfortunately, SZA did not take any of the deserving Grammys home with her that night.

The Grammys snubbing SZA does not define the mark that Ctrl left in pop culture and how relatable the lyrics were to people. That is why so many people hit play and will continue to. We are so happy for SZA, and she deserves this good news after such a masterful album.
