MTV is Rebooting ‘The Hills’
MTV announced the reboot of the popular reality show, The Hills, amid the success of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
At the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, the cast of The Hills reunited on the red carpet to share a special announcement. Almost every one of the original cast was present, except for star Lauren Conrad or Kristin Cavallari. Hours before the announcement, star Heidi Montag teased fans this tweet.

The reboot called The Hills: New Beginnings, follows that cast, their friends, and children, as they live and work in Los Angelos. Castmember Audrina Patridge shared the promo for the upcoming show on Twitter.

While most of the original cast is on board, it’s unclear if Lauren Conrad will be participating in the new reboot. The show will premiere sometime next year, and fans couldn’t be more excited about the news.
The Hills ran from 2006-2010 and was a spin-off from Laguna Beach, which followed Lauren Conrad as she progressed through the fashion world.
