Halsey Spent Time in Nashville for a Good Cause

Being sick is never fun, but Halsey and the Ryan Seacrest Foundation (RSF) did some work to help with that.

The Badlands singer, who lives with the chronic illness endometriosis, knows what its like to have to stay in a hospital, and has experienced first-hand the exceptional care provided at The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Spending some time with new relatable friends in Nashville, Halsey also learned a new party trick while doing the charity work.

Sharing a multi-photo post on Twitter and Instagram of the Seacrest Studios event, Halsey posed with happy fans and the caregivers.

“Nashville! I went over to @vumcchildren to hang with my friends this morning in Seacrest Studios. @ryanfoundation I’ve been admitted to Vanderbilt hospital here in Nashville a few times actually when I was sick on the road so I know how special and amazing the crew of caregivers here are,” Halsey wrote.

“I had nooo idea what a surprise I was in for when I met my friends today! I also learned how hard it is to blow up a glove like a balloon and tie it….props to anyone who can do it 😂 thanks for making my day guys. Rock on, rock loud, and rock hard. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 @donslens”

Halsey rocked a blue wig for the event, but she and her new friends, with their matching smiles, were feeling anything but blue during the event.
