Yes, this does mean that we will get to see Ari perform “God Is a Woman” for the very first time–and just several days after her hotly anticipated album Sweetener drops–while Mendes will sing his hit “In My Blood” and Logic will rap “One Day,” accompanied by Ryan Tedder.

While Arianators everywhere are stoked to see their queen hit the stage, given that this will be her first VMA performance since she and Nicki Minaj’s iconic “Side to Side” duet in 2016, they are perhaps just as excited for her to hit the red carpet. She and fiancé Pete Davidson have yet to make an official appearance since their engagement in June, and fans are hoping that they’ll appear together for this special event. Oh, and she also has five nominations including Video of the Year for “No Tears Left to Cry” and Artist of the Year, lest we forget!
