Becky G Releases ‘Zooted’ with French Montana and Farruko

Becky G brings in French Montana and Farruko for her new single, “Zooted.”

Becky G knows how to have fun and host a good party. Her new single “Zooted,” featuring top artists French Montana and Farruko, matches perfectly with the summer party vibes.

However, the song is more than just being “zooted” and partying too hard. She stated: “It is actually bigger than that. Shooting it in Inglewood, for instance, was one of my biggest priorities. Bringing French, bringing Farruko to Inglewood and kicking it off there, just like a little nod to where I come from. In “Becky from the Block,” I basically make an oath to my fans, to myself, and to my family that I’m never going to change…those are my cousins in the beginning of the music video. It’s just super authentic.”

Becky G has constantly been driving her career with projects after project. Not only does she consistently keep up with her dual music career, she also acts. She was Trini the Yellow Ranger in Power Rangers and starred in the television show Empire.

With her viral views and musical success, it’s hard to believe that the young star is only 21-years-old. She is working on two albums (English and Spanish) after her first EP in 2013 titled Play It Again.

The song is Becky G’s second single of the year, following “Sin Pijama” with Natti Natasha, which hit the top 10 Billboard for Hot Latin Songs.
