While it looks like Lindsay Lohan is out, Tyra Banks announced that Francia Raísa is in.

Ever since Tyra Banks revealed that a Life-Size sequel was underway, fans have eagerly consumed every update.

In April, in an interview with Steve Harvey, Tyra confirmed that former co-star, Lindsay Lohan, who played Casey Stuart, would be reprising her role.

“Lindsay Lohan will … be in Life-Size 2, yes,” Banks said. “I really, really want her to. We’re talking about it right now, and she has got to come back.”

Although that may have been the case, it looks like things didn’t work out that way. Instead, the supermodel took to social media to announce that her new co-star is Freeform’s Francia Raísa.

While there’s no word on Casey Stuart’s absence, Tyra along with executive producing the movie will star as Eve.

Appearing during the 25 Days of Christmas lineupaccording to Freeform, the premise of the holiday movie follows “everyone’s favorite doll, Eve, [who] has grown up. This time, she’s magically awoken to help a young woman learn to live and love again and along the way, Eve herself will experience the ups and downs of real life in a fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.”

Francia Raísa is set to play Grace Manning a “confident and funny CEO of Marathon Toys, a huge toy company started by her mother that is most famous for manufacturing the iconic Eve doll.” Giving guidance in the form of everyone’s favorite doll, Eve will help Grace through her “quarter-life crisis.”

Life-Size was full of valuable life lessons, so we’ll have to tune in to see how the sequel can help us now.
