Two Under the Radar Female Lead Clean Eating Instagram’s to Follow
Health and wellness Instagram accounts have become all the rage within the upcoming surge of blogging as a career path, and we are so here for it. However, there are still so many great accounts left undiscovered. Well we wanna give you our top two that totally deserve those millions of followers. These women are granting their followers with healthy recipes, meditation tips, and just overall wellness goals in a safe and easy to follow way.
First up is, “cantbeetveggies”. Not only is her Instagram handle absolutely adorable, but creator Jordan Jennings posts and shares Instagram stories of what she really eats in a day, making for a special connection with her followers. Along with each post, she includes easy to recreate recipes and helpful tips in her captions. All of her recipes are extremely easy to make and are perfect for someone wanting to begin experimenting with a healthy plant-based lead lifestyle.
Second on our list is, “recipes4health”. Content creator Jazz is a personal chef and nutritional therapist for professional athletes, so its safe to say she knows her stuff. Jazz’s feed is full of colorful pictures of her beautiful healthy creations that feature simple and easy to follow instructions to each posts recipe. Jazz also has her own website with more information about herself and how she views healthy living and eating, and if you live in her area she even offers nutritional coaching.
The best part about both of these accounts is that they both practice and preach safe healthy eating habits, and are okay with cheating every now and then. Their honesty in their journey and recipes are what truly make them stand out.

HAPPY HUMP DAY 🐪 I know a lot of people are in their finals right now, or at least you are if you go to UB! In the past this has been a time where I completely let go of all my healthy habits. This year I’ve pledged to not let that happen! Here are some things I’m doing: 1. Working out in the morning so I can get to library early! Working out really helps relieve stress and is good for your 🧠 2. Food prepping/packing food – I bring healthy snacks (fruit, Greek yogurt, popcorn) to campus with me as well as big salads! 3. MAKE SURE TO SLEEP. I can’t emphasize how important sleep is for your body and BRAIN. there is so much research on the effects of lack of sleep on learning capacity.. don’t ignore them!! 4. Stay calm and organized. Keep your life, study materials, and personal things in check. Make lists. Utilize a planner. CHOCOLATE PROTEIN (cauliflower) MUFFINS. Yup, I said cauliflower. Theres a new product on the market, and its cauliflower flour!! Literally substitute it for any regular flour and it comes out scrumptious. Thank you @caulipowered for making baking so healthy & inventive. Check out my story for the full walk through on how to make these! . 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix together 1 large grated zucchini (drained) + 1/4C @so_delicious coconut milk + 1 chia egg (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water) + 3 tbsp maple syrup. 2️⃣ In another bowl, mix together 1/4C @caulipowered cauliflower flour + 2 scoops @drinkorgain vegan chocolate superfood powder + 1 scoop @detoxorganics chocolate superfood powder + 1 scoop @furtherfood marine collagen + 1 tbsp @betterbodyfoods cacao powder + 2 tsp kale powder + 1 tsp @majusuperfoods ashwagandha powder+ 1 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp cinnamon + 1/8 tsp salt. 3️⃣ Mix wet & dry ingredients together! 4️⃣ Pour into muffin tins. 5️⃣Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. makes 6 large muffins
