Dumbo Will Be Flying Into the Big Screen

(Tim Burton Productions)

Disney has been giving us everything we’ve been asking for from Finding Dory and the Incredibles 2, and now they are giving us Dumbo live in action. The trailer for Dumbo was released on Wednesday by Tim Burton.

The trailer starts off showing the circus owner, Max Medici, and his kids finding Dumbo in the hay.

Seeing something that we all once watched as children become a live-action film will be interesting to compare to the original that we all know and love. The trailer gives the animated movie a more personal touch since Dumbo looks more real.

(Tim Burton Productions)

Dumbo originally came out in 1941 and now will be coming to theaters again March 29, 2019.  Tim Burton directed the American fantasy adventure film while Ehren Kruger wrote the screenplay. Of course, the film follows along with Helen Aberson’s moving story. Dumbo has taught us so much through his pain and his journey. Dumbo was picked on about his ears all his life so he didn’t do the one thing he could always do which was fly. Dumbo flying teaches us confidence and how to express ourselves. Things start to look up for Dumbo when the children notice he can fly.

(V.A. Vandevere) Michael Keaton, an entrepreneur, recruits Dumbo for his big circus: Dreamland. He was impressed by the animal’s unique ability. He goes to new heights next to an aerial artist, Eva Green.

A hunter hunts Babar’s mother, and it resulted in her death which didn’t set Babar back. Babar later became king because he didn’t let his mother’s death defeat him. Babar overcoming this obstacle teaches us not to make what happens in our past defeat us. Dumbo as animation has shown us so many things. Are you guys ready for what Dumbo can enlighten us as a live action movie?

The movie comes to theaters March 29, 2019.
