Ariana Grande Opens up About Her PTSD and Anxiety

Ariana Grande is opening up about her battle with PTSD and anxiety following the bombing at a concert in Manchester, U.K where 23 people lost their lives.Since the attack on May 22, 2017, the “No Tears Left To Cry” singer has been hesitant to speak out on her PTSD and anxiety since the attack but now is opening up stating that the attack was very traumatic for her.

Grande was left horrified from the attack, saying that a concert was supposed to be a happy place. But instead, the Manchester bombing left many including the singer heartbroken and lost. Since the attack, Grande says her anxiety is getting worse.

But, the singer is channeling her PTSD and anxiety into her music and her new album Sweetener is the result of it. Since then, she has also gotten a worker bee tattooed on the back of her ear. The bee represents Manchester during the industrial era that now serves as a symbol of strength and solidarity.
