’13 Reasons Why’ Is Confirmed For A 3rd Season

Another Netflix binge session is soon to come.

One of the most popular Netflix original tv series, 13 Reasons Why, has officially been confirmed for a 3rd season by the streaming service.

Fans had speculated that a 3rd season would be likely, but this announcement comes much sooner than fans expected. Although the show has faced its fair share of controversy for its sometimes graphically disturbing, but realistic, displays of teen violence, its ratings are still consistent and extremely high for this show and the fanbase is only continuing to grow.

Former leading actress Katherine Langford who appeared as Hannah Baker on the first 2 seasons of the Netflix show announced earlier this month on her Instagram that if there was to be a season 3 of the show that she would not be returning, which will make for an entirely new storyline for the other major characters, who have taken over in season 2 regardless.

Production for the 3rd season is set to start as soon as possible with the shows official release date estimated to be sometime within the upcoming year 2019.
